Underneath Balboa pier. I had gone to the beach last week with some friends from school and it was really nice because I had been stressing out about my finals. We sat on the beach and enjoyed things. Well, at one point, myself and a few friends took a walk and we decided to take pictures underneath the pier. this is what happened.
